SERVICE – COMMISSIONING ASSISTANCE AND I/O TESTS
Assistance with Equipment Commissioning and I/O Tests
We provide technical assistance during the commissioning of industrial equipment, production lines, robotic workstations, conveyor systems and other technological systems. We focus primarily on checking wiring, verifying the function of hardware components, supporting I/O tests and rectifying faults identified during commissioning.
We work with main technology contractors, automation integrators, programmers, service teams and manufacturing plants. Our role is to provide technical support directly on site, check the physical wiring and provide practical assistance in preparing equipment for start-up.
We do not develop software or program PLCs. We specialise in hardware, cabling, component wiring and installation support during equipment commissioning in accordance with documentation, customer instructions or the requirements of the responsible persons on the project.
What we provide
For conveyor systems, we install and wire hardware components including:
Signal checks
Checks of input and output signals and measurement of signals and power supplies.
I/O test support
Support during I/O tests in cooperation with the programmer or process engineer.
Fault correction
Identification and correction of cabling errors.
Labelling & hardware
Checks of conductor, terminal and component labelling, and connection or modification of hardware components as required.
Commissioning & shutdowns
Assistance with commissioning parts of a line or technological system and technical support during shutdowns, modifications and equipment upgrades.
Support during technology commissioning
Commissioning industrial equipment requires accuracy, quick orientation in documentation and the ability to solve technical problems directly on site. During I/O tests, it is important to verify that individual inputs and outputs correspond to the documentation, are wired correctly and are ready for the next stage of commissioning.
On projects, we work with PLC and robot programmers, service technicians and responsible customer personnel. We help identify wiring errors, modify cabling, add labelling and prepare the equipment so that it can be commissioned safely and correctly.
